Does your back feel achy working at a desk for hours?


Whether you work from home or at the office, sitting at a desk for long hours can be uncomfortable. A stretch break can help to relieve some of the discomfort and pain. Taking short breaks may also improve your productivity and engagement during the workday.

Make sure your desk is at an appropriate height so that you can rest your feet flat on the floor. Be sure to keep your head upright and in line with your spine and relax your shoulders.
